They all did an amazing job working on my car. They were extremely quick to get to it, and kept me in the loop about everything. They didn’t try to push fixes on me like other shops might. In fact, they even told me some of the things they found weren’t pressing and didn’t have to be done unless I wanted them to. I would 100% go there again, and I highly recommend them.

Brought my car here after Firestone had it for 2 weeks claiming it needed $3100 worth of repairs. It did not need all those repairs. Was also told the bushings were cracked, which is something Firestone claimed to have replaced. East Cooper Auto was communicative from the beginning and fully transparent with pricing. They have earned 2 lifelong customers and I will only bring my cars to them now

We received friendly service and a great, clear explanation of what was causing the car problem. We also loved the detailed estimate, which included photos that were helpful in determining what work to order and what to do ourselves (like changing some air filters). Glad we found this place through Costco recommendation.

I appreciate the attitude of the Front Desk team and mechanics, they were attentive to my concerns and at the same time, not imposing a pile of findings, but rather consult with me and sort them out based on whether it was a safety issue or could be taken care later. The mere fact that this place has an option of a loaner car while none of other MTP shops offer neither shuttle service nor loaners, makes this business to stand out, Is it takes away a huge stress to arrange logistics of 2 rides a day from and back to shop.

I was in Charleston from Columbia and my truck started having alternator problems. The experts at East Cooper took care of it so fast it made my head spin! Two hours and I was back on the road! I’d recommend them to anyone! Fast service and reasonable cost! Thank you!
